This equipment has a short holding time at heating, resulting in minimal decarburization and deformation. Since there is no quenching process, the occurrence of quenching-induced cracks is almost eliminated. The bainitic microstructure provides excellent mechanical properties, such as high tensile strength, and the clean surface condition makes post-processing easier.
