Aluminum Continuous Brazing Furnace

This equipment is widely used for the continuous brazing of aluminum automotive and electrical/electronic heat exchangers and components using flux under an inert gas atmosphere.

This furnace is used for brazing automotive heat exchangers such as condensers and radiators, particularly when products are loaded horizontally or vertically, or when processing low-profile components. Although the furnace has an open-type entrance & Exit, it is equipped with a specialized atmosphere-sealing mechanism to maintain a highly controlled and stable brazing environment.
